Enterprise capacity/deployment/support are agreed in an order form. Customer-cloud infrastructure, AI usage and custom implementation are separate unless included in writing. No certification or SLA is implied.

Version: 2026-10-13-v1. This is launch-framework copy, not an assertion that all listed paid entitlements are currently available.
What the allowances mean
Hosted record: One unique accepted receipt, telemetry record or plan-activity record stored by the hosted service. An imported batch counts by accepted record. A request containing several records is not one record.
Task attempt: One newly claimed attempt to perform a task; a failed attempt still uses one allowance. A new retry attempt counts again. Idempotent replay of the same claim is not a new attempt.
Not counted: Local-only actions; viewing or exporting existing records; local policy tests; heartbeats; rejected uploads; duplicate receipts with the same stable event ID; idempotent API retries.
History and storage: History means detailed activity/decision history, not guaranteed permanent storage or regulatory compliance. Current plan definitions and latest task state remain while the account is active; account closure/deletion follows the published data policy. Large payloads, uploads, polling and concurrency are subject to published technical limits at launch.
Reset: Personal resets monthly; Organisation resets each monthly subscription anniversary, including annual subscriptions. Unused allowances do not roll over.
No surprise overage bill
Proposed notices at 80% and 100%. Customer-approved capacity or enterprise agreement for heavier use; rates quoted before activation. There is no automatic paid overage or automatic upgrade. Allowance exhaustion must not turn a deny into an allow, mark work verified, or silently discard evidence. Proposed admission control pauses new hosted work while existing admitted work can report and settle. No automatic paid overage. These quota and notice behaviours are launch requirements, not verified current runtime guarantees.
AI costs are separate
Use your own agents and model-provider accounts. Claude, OpenAI and other provider usage is not included. Optional model-based judging needs a separately funded provider account or written managed-service quote; no unlimited AI judging is included.
A configured judge reviews the evidence supplied against criteria; it does not guarantee that work is correct. Checks must be enabled and supported by the chosen integration. GVNR is not a universal guarantee against overspending or unsafe actions.
Subscription terms
Monthly: Pay monthly; cancel renewal before the next billing date.
Annual: Pay 12 months upfront; cancel auto-renewal before renewal. No routine mid-term refund; statutory rights and agreed service remedies are preserved.
People: Additions are prorated; removals reduce the next renewal quantity, not below the minimum. Annual additions run to the existing term end. A named human member is a person invited to access organisation features; agents and service identities are not human seats. No shared logins.
